Ce blog est principalement consacré aux questions environnementales.

"Somnia et Res" (rêve et réalité) est motivé par un constat très simple. La transition écologique fait l'objet de nombreux espoirs, voire de rêves revendiqués comme tels. L'Histoire a largement montré que des sociétés peuvent engager des transformations significatives, au-delà des limites admises, dans la perspective d'un intérêt commun. Mais s'agissant des impacts humains sur l'environnement, diverses réalités nous rappellent (ou devraient nous rappeler) que leur maîtrise est, et restera probablement, bien moins facile et moins rapide qu'espérée.

Je m'efforce de distinguer les domaines du possible et du souhaitable de ceux de l'illusion.

Agent de la fonction publique territoriale depuis fin 2013, j'écris ici à titre personnel. De façon accessoire (et dûment autorisée), j'exerce une activité de conseil et de formation sur les questions environnementales (sensibilisation, anticipation et réduction des risques), auprès d'organisations publiques ou privées.

Dans une vie antérieure, ce site présentait Dineji SARL (conseil, assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage et gestion de projets Internet), structure que j'ai créée en 2006 et dissoute en 2009.

"Somnia et Res" (dream and reality) is motivated by a simple observation. The ecological transition is the subject of many hopes, and even dreams claimed as such. History has amply demonstrated that societies can undertake significant transformations, beyond accepted limits, in the common interest. But when it comes to human impact on the environment, various realities remind us (or should remind us) that mastering them is, and probably will remain, far less easy and less rapid than we had hoped.

I attempt to distinguish the realms of the possible and the desirable from those of illusion.

Being a local civil servant since the end of 2013, I write here in a personal capacity. In a secondary (and duly authorized) capacity, I provide consultancy and training on environmental issues (awareness-raising, anticipation and risk reduction), for public and private organizations.

In a previous life, this site presented the company Dineji (consulting, project management and Internet project management), which I created in 2006 and dissolved in 2009.
